Sign application form:
Download, complete and add your scanned signature to the application.

Make payment:
El pago se realiza vía campus virtual: Solicitudes y servicios / Trámites académicos de alumnos / Pestaña: e-Pagos.

Send mail:
As the application is made virtually, you must send your application and electronic proof of payment (BULLETIN OR INVOICE) to psicologia@pucp.edu.pe. The subject of the mail should be the following: Visa application for syllabus - Name and surname (student code).
